Vibrez live scenes / Remote-first, Singapore HQ / Founding team

Founding AI Engineer

Vibrez is where every scene is live. Districts for football, esports, music, gaming, creators, and local culture, connected by community, an AI companion, and a wallet. We're hiring people who can feel it before it exists.

The pitch

Every scene you love, live at once. Matchday roaring in Sports, an esports final in the next district, a set kicking off in Music, creators streaming, game rooms filling up. That is Vibrez: districts built around what people love, held together by community, an AI companion, and a wallet. It doesn't exist yet. We're hiring the people who can already feel it and make the first scenes live.

What you will build

You will own the AI layer of Vibrez. The companion that helps people move through live scenes, the agents that help operators understand what is happening, and the workflows that let a small team run live rooms without pretending AI should make every decision.

What you will do

  • Build agentic workflows for community, moderation, routing, summarisation, and internal operations.
  • Design evaluations, fallbacks, logs, and human review gates so AI output is useful and trusted.
  • Work directly with product, design, and founders to turn messy live-room workflows into reliable systems.
  • Ship fast without hiding behind demos. Beta is the only deadline that matters.

Who you are

You've shipped real AI workflows, not just prompts in a notebook. You care about reliability, evals, tooling, and the line between automation and human judgment. Bonus if you have built agents, RAG systems, moderation tools, or production AI features people actually used.

What we offer

Founding team upside. Direct line to the founders, zero layers. A brand system, knowledge base, and product vision that are already locked, so you build instead of debating. The chance to define how a new category feels live before anyone else touches it.

How to apply

Send us one AI system or workflow you built that you would trust in production. A link beats a CV.
