The pitch
Every scene you love, live at once. Matchday roaring in Sports, an esports final in the next district, a set kicking off in Music, creators streaming, game rooms filling up. That is Vibrez: districts built around what people love, held together by community, an AI companion, and a wallet. It doesn't exist yet. We're hiring the people who can already feel it and make the first scenes live.
What you will build
You will help define the culture and safety of the first Vibrez districts. Rooms need energy, but they also need judgment, escalation, fairness, and people who know when to step in.
What you will do
- Shape room rules, escalation paths, tone, and edge cases before the first beta crowd arrives.
- Protect energy without over-policing the community into silence.
- Work with AI support carefully while keeping final judgment human.
- Help people feel welcome, safe, and willing to return.
Who you are
You have handled people under pressure: communities, events, support, live chat, forums, teams, or conflict. You are calm, fair, and practical. You know the difference between culture and control.
