The pitch
A Sports room moves with a matchday challenge. A creator leads a community mission. A live entertainment room becomes a gathering people share and return to. That is Vibrez: three launch districts connected by participation, community movement, recognition, and recaps. We're hiring the people who can make those first rooms feel alive.
What you will build
You will help create social game experiences that are easy to join, rewarding to replay, and more exciting with other people in the room. You will work across challenge concepts, rules, scoring, progression, rewards, live-room dynamics, and result experiences.
What you will do
- Design and document challenge concepts, game loops, rules, scoring systems, progression, rewards, streaks, and ranking behaviour.
- Prototype mechanics with spreadsheets, paper, interactive tools, engines, or lightweight code, then playtest and iterate.
- Create content and variations that support replay, rivalry, community participation, and shared results.
- Work with designers and engineers on clarity, edge cases, fair play, moderation, privacy, and age-appropriate safeguards.
Who you are
You have a portfolio, prototype, mod, student project, game jam entry, design document, or shipped project that demonstrates your game-design thinking. You understand game loops, motivation, progression, balance, feedback, rewards, and the value of changing a first version when evidence says to.
What we offer
Direct collaboration with founders, product, design, engineering, and commercial teams. You will help shape a new social gaming category while building the systems, experiences, and launch loops that make every room come alive.
How to apply
Send your CV or LinkedIn, two to four relevant examples, a breakdown of one game or system you designed, and your availability and current location.
